TIOBE list of programming languages August update has been released , the top ten rankings are: the Java, C, Python, C ++, C #, the .NET Visual Basic, JavaScript, PHP, in Objective-C and SQL . And last month the only difference is that Objective-C and SQL rankings exchange took place.
In fact, last week, Dice Insights website published five doomed to decline programming language , Objective-C is exactly in it. - Rust systems programming language rose from 33 through 28
- TypeScript up from 41 through 35, the utilization rate increased from last month

明显可以看到，Java 和 C 长期占据排名榜的第一、二名，尤其是 C 语言，似乎未曾跌出过前三名。其中 Pascal 语言的变化令人唏嘘，排名的下跌在近年愈发明显，今年甚至已跌出 200 名开外。
