Difference & a [0] and & a is

　　Here & a [0] & a and in the end what difference does it make?

　　a [0] is an element, a is a whole array, although & a [0] and & a same value, but not the same meaning. The former is the first address of the first element of the array, while the latter is the first address of the array .

　　For example: in Changsha, Hunan's provincial government, but also in Changsha Changsha Municipal Government. Two governments in Changsha, but it represents an entirely different meaning.
