Scrum. Standup introduction

After the project task decomposition is complete, the entire project to be completed tasks have been identified, each person is responsible for the task OK. This time into the iterative process each day. Responsibilities of a project manager is responsible for convening a daily stand-up meeting.

• Specific forms of the following:

1. We held a fixed time every day.
2. Project team members standing together in a meeting.
3. Everyone tells three things: what has been done yesterday, today plan to do. Is there any problem.
4. Conference control within 15 minutes of the end.

• Precautions:

1. Do not sit meeting.
2. Stand-ups do not try to solve the problem, we communicate with each other is more progress, rather than solving specific problems. Specific issues discussed after the meeting.
3. Control meeting time, not more than 15 minutes.
4. Standup meeting is not a report, but we communicate. Timely detection of problems.
5. Non-project team members can participate, but can not speak.
