     NET start to start the service w32time
       
detection command: w32tm / stripchart / computer: ntp_server_address
step 5: Add firewall rules
to control panel ---> system and security ---> windows firewall ---> advanced settings ---> inbound rules (right) ---> New rule ---> port --- ---- Next UDP ---- specific local ports: 123 (do not change anything else)
