Window7 turn off the firewall

　First, open the firewall

 Find WIN7 firewall option in the Control Panel

Find Advanced Settings

Click Inbound principle

Find the right New Rule

 In the New rule option, find port entry, the next step

 Select TCP, and Specific local ports, enter the port number 3306, the next step

 

 Select the default item, allows the connection,

Need to open the input port 3306

 Creating success 

 

 

Closed on (Delete Port)

 

On the need to close port 3306, right-click on the delete option out there, that closed the port
