1. Download tomcat
2 extract to the relevant directory
3. Environment Configuration
4. Double-click the Start tomcat- startup.bat
5. Access - my 8080 port is occupied modified to 8090
6. Check tomcat version by Satoshi cmd - into the bin directory, catalina version / version command can view information about tomcat
"problem
1. Start flash back - probably occupied the port issue, modify the port
2. Start the garbage problem - modified encoding to GBK
