Murphy's Law is a psychological effect , proposed by Edward Murphy (Edward A. Murphy), also known as Murphy's Law, Murphy's Law. Originally If there are two or more ways to do something, of which a selection method will lead to disaster, it will be those who will make that choice. Content is fundamental: if something can go wrong, no matter how small this possibility, it will always happen.

Parkinson's Law (Parkinson's Law) is a bureaucracy or a nickname bureaucratic phenomenon, known as one of the three major Western cultural discovery of the twentieth century. Parkinson in the book describes the causes and consequences of agency personnel expansion: an incompetent officials, may be three ways, first is the application for resignation, the seat give competent people; second is to have a competent person to assist their work; third appointment of two levels lower than they were when the assistant.
