SCRUM own project development process

The current development model processes used by the team, please correct me optimization.
1.PM needs finishing; sorting out the list of requirements and prototype map in Zen (clearly marked); needs assessment. Back and forth, until the finalization of demand.
2.SprintMaster technical task of dismantling the list according to the needs, including front-end UI design, front end development.
3. programmer respective collar tasks, specific internal agreement.
3. Every morning station will progress over the next task. (Shanghai-Hangzhou does not limit every day, on a regular basis can)
4.QA simultaneous testing of completed tasks; PM synchronous review of completed tasks function point is accurate; synchronous programmer repair bug.
5. overall test completed project, including the technical point QA retest, PM functional point review.
