Linux commands (a) of the directory structure

 

 

a) / bin directory: store commonly used Linux commands corresponding binary

b) / boot directory: boot loader to use when a Linux system

c) / dev directory: an external storage device corresponding to the Linux file system

d) / etc directory: to store configuration files

e) / home directory: the average user's home directory

f) / opt directory: Extract directory store when installing some applications. For example: JDK, Tomcat will directly extract to this directory

g) / root directory: The administrator's home directory

h) / tmp directory: temporary files

i) / usr directory: By "Performing Setup" to install third-party applications are usually installed to / usr directory
