Computer case (the reaction did not press the power button, the power supply fan does not turn, but the motherboard no error lights)
First cpu, power, memory, video card, display, other than are removed for troubleshooting
1. Check the power
to the power cable is shorted two green and black, (normal power supply fan rotation, if not the power switch is bad)
2, the power button to check
the power button and then unplug two shorting pins (computer starts the power button is bad, that is, do not start to other problems)
3 Check memory
swap memory or switch may determine a good memory test
These are tried probably not boot or motherboard problem reaction
Bad motherboard can only send repair shop (cpu generally not bad, too bad, then no repair)
