1. Overview

2, electrical testing
Step 1: unplug the battery discharge interfaces, all switches are closed, a meter to measure the supply side, no short circuit occurs, if you need to check.
Step 2: If there is no abnormality, unplug all electrical plug device, then plug the battery discharge joint, measured with a multimeter, all power supply voltage of the plug, to check whether it is normal, if not normal, investigation.
Step 3: turn off the main power, all electrical equipment is plugged in, and then open the main power. Navigation computer will automatically boot,
Step 4: Check Indicators Hurray navigation module is normal.
a) Check the computer power button with blue light, on behalf of the computer is running.
b) whether the inspection can Io indicates the power module red normal steady red light.
c) the adapter can check the red light to the blue.
d) Check rs232-rs485 module indicator light red.
3, the navigation module for wireless network configuration.
Hurray navigation module supports wifi signal band 2.4G and 5.8G of. 2.4G frequency band more crowded, Suman, recommended wifi connection signal band of the wireless router 5.8G.
There are provided two kinds of navigation wireless wifi connection ways:
1) The navigation computer plug hdmi display, mouse, keyboard, directly on the upper right corner ubuntu network system is provided.
2) a wired network notebook debug port connected to the LAN2 huayou navigation computer through the cable network port debugging.
At the same time it needs to be set to debug notebook segment 192.168.111.xxx of. Ensure debugging computer can ping Hurray navigation computer debugging IP 192.168.111.91
on debugging computer open VNC-viewer remote software, remote debugging to Hurray navigation computer IP 192.168.111.91
Click on the link connect, and then enter the password 123456. after the success can enter navigation computer desktop. Note: If the navigation computer does not have an external monitor, the remote operation will be a little unresponsive.
Then set up the network in the top right corner of ubuntu remote computer system.
Navigation computer has two wireless network card, factory-configured IP, please do not modify their settings, or can not work properly.
Click WIFI network name to be connected.
Enter the WIFI password.
Click on the Network menu, fixed IP network settings.
The network had connections with representatives in WI-Fi wifi, wifi useless select the name, and delete delete.
Select wifi name to be set, click edit edit.
Enter IPv4Settings
Click Method drop-down box, modify ip to manual mode Manual.
Set Ip, network, network management, as shown above, click Save save.
Restart the computer to take effect. (Wifi or just to disconnect, and then reconnect the target wifi.)
Click connection Information View network connection status, check the wifi connection is normal.
You can also use the ping command to check whether the Unicom network. Network connection status will display all wired and wireless network card states are working to see the different network status by clicking on the switch.
Ubuntu ping command which follows:
Press ctrl + alt + t, bring up the command window.
Input ping 192.168.1.1
press Enter
Press ctrl + c to end the command.
3, the core navigation module configuration parameter changes
if the navigation computer above configuration parameters have been configured in the factory when, skip this step.
If not configured according to customer type, customer please refer to the documentation "Hurray navigation system configuration parameter setting method", modify the configuration parameters of the navigation computer.
