Android Studio3.0 signature package installation error: INSTALL_PARSE_FAILED_NO_CERTIFICATES

Some time ago upgraded to Android Studio 3.0, to the test after the package was found on red rice note3 (Android 6.0.1) signature package has failed to install,

But it is installed properly on other phones.

adb install Times INSTALL_PARSE_FAILED_NO_CERTIFICATES

And finally found the need to Signature versions V1 and V2 are checked when packaged, has been just check before v2
