Recent import data to the user as well as posts in Action Network v8.2, but when importing data message appeared depressing the error several days. Finally solved!

Open the database table to check Dv_User information UserGroup field is correct, make sure that this information is present in the user group. My approach is: update Dv_user set usergroupid = 9 where userid> 3 [
all users after 3] is to import data
