VS2008 Mutex could not be created to solve the problem

1) Close VS.NET and the IIS
2) the IISAdmin NET STOP

3) into a temporary directory ASP.NET below% systemroot% \ Microsoft.NET \ Framework \ v2.0.50727 \ Temporary ASpNET pages, delete temporary files in the project folder
4) C: \ WINDOWS \ Microsoft.NET \ Framework \ v2. 0.50727 \ aspnet_regiis -i -enable
5) iisreset
