1, 8080 shut down the port occupied by the process of: 8080 port is occupied, then execute startup.bat will complain, can execute netstat -ano command to see if 8080 is occupied in cmd, if occupied can be found in the Task Manager in accordance with the corresponding PID number and the process to close, and then restart tomcat.
