Eclipse compile-time error :
Access Restriction: Accessible at The not of the type JPEGCodec IS ON Due to Restriction required Library C: / Program Files / the Java / jre6 / lib / rt.jar
Solution :
Project -> the Properties -> the Libraries ,
first remove JRE out System Library, and then rejoin the Add Library .
