South Korea's LG Electronics will use the QNX Automotive Components family of solutions, building infotainment systems for the global automotive market, digital dashboards and advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS).
BlackBerry Limited and subsidiaries interconnected embedded systems software platform vendors QNX Software Systems Ltd. announced that LG Electronics, South Korea's auto parts companies will use QNX series solutions, build infotainment systems for the global automotive market, digital dashboards and advanced auxiliary driving system (ADAS).
LG Group and QNX Software Systems has had to develop in-vehicle telematics production projects. The new system, QNX will provide QNX CAR ™ infotainment system platform, QNX® Neutrino® operating system, QNX automotive safety operating system, QNX Momentics® Tool Suite and QNX Acoustics for Voice for automotive voice communication signal processing for LG.
Currently, QNX Software carmaker has more than 40, including Acura, Audi, BMW, Chrysler, Ford, General Motors, Honda, Hyundai, Jaguar, Land Rover, Maserati, Mercedes - Benz, Porsche, Toyota and Volkswagen automobile.
