method 1
In Win7 desktop space, right mouse button, the pop-up menu, point to [New] in the [shortcut], click the following dialog box:
Enter the command box, type the location of the object [explorer.exe :: {7007ACC7-3202-11D1-AAD2-00805FC1270E}], click Next to continue
Then, the name of the shortcut named [Local Area Connection], click [Finish] to create a shortcut
Method 2
In the bottom right of the taskbar, click [Network] connection icon, then click Open Network and Sharing Center link]
In the left area, click Change adapter settings [link]
Then you can see the local connection.
