1. Analog mobile device
Click Toggle Device Toolbar 
may be used to simulate a mobile device to open the screen viewport.
2. limit network traffic and CPU utilization
To limit network traffic and CPU utilization, please Throttle selection list Mid-tier mobile or Low-End Mobile .
Mid-tier mobile simulates fast 3G network, and limit the CPU usage, so that the analog 4 times lower performance than the average performance. Low-end mobile simulates slow 3G network, and limit the CPU usage, so that the analog 6 times lower performance than the average performance. Remember, the limit is relative to the general performance laptop or desktop devices.
Note that if the Device Toolbar layout is narrow, it will hide Throttle list.
2.1 CPU usage restrictions
If only and not to limit the CPU usage limit network traffic, go Performance panel, click Capture Settings 
{:} .Inline-icon, then the CPU selection list 4x slowdown or 6X SlowDown .
2.2 limit network traffic
If only limit network traffic without limiting CPU usage, go to the Network panel, and then from the Throttle select list Fast 3G or Slow 3G .
2.3. Replace geopositioning
To open geopositioning replace interface, click Customize and Control DevTools 
, and then select More Tools > Sensors .
From Geolocation select one of the preset list, or select Custom location to enter their coordinates, or select Location unavailable to test the performance of your page is in the wrong state when the geolocation.
