One of the goals and results of learning, is to increase the accumulation of knowledge and ability. Among them, for IT people, the ability to have two very important one is the ability to think independently, and the other is the ability to get ideas.   Let me talk about independent thinking . Currently many types of IT media, website, blog, blowing a lot of information, a lot of people by some "popular", "popular", "everyone else is doing," "looks cool" point of view or behavior around and do some things blindly. Some examples around:   *) Research craze --- XX company after certification by a golden rice bowl, after reading other people's learning and examination process, immediately excited, research hesitate to join the army. *) Troubleshooting poor --- just know according to the manual operation, do not know how the unraveling after a failure to resolve it. *) Blind worship of technology --- C ++ hot a few years ago, a large number of C ++ books on the market, and thus be recognized C ++ is the only way to learn programming, dove into the herd get out. *) Blind idolatry --- after reading study notes XYZ technology and the mentality of a large cattle hair XX, immediately followed suit, did not hesitate to follow up.   It is important to think independently, allowing you to make the right judgments and choices, may be able to size up the situation, a good grasp of the overall situation. How do independent thinking, you need:   1) accumulation. To see more extensive knowledge, read a trip, with some accumulation, and thinking the problem will be with the more in-depth look. 2) You need to start thinking. Do not be passive recipients of information , to stop and think about why. From the perspective of the other side wondering why, wondering why their point of view, from a global point of view to why. The independent thinking as a habit, whenever you feel yourself about to become dizzy when, please remind yourself calm down, to think more about some of why. 3) to understand their own, a confidant to know the enemy. Independent word independent thinking is based on the premise of people's self-awareness. So you have to know yourself, to be able to put myself around to open an independent, it may be independent thinking. Each thing has its multi-faceted, try to understand the problem from different angles to solve the problem. *)put yourself in. Understand each other's situation in order to better understand each other's ideas. *)Brave. Encourage yourself stand up and say I do not agree. Do not be afraid, honed in order to grow.   这十条里面，我选几个来说一说： 保持冷静是我们尤其缺乏的，不要头脑发热； 了解对方的意图，需要你换位思考； 相信自己的感觉，前提是你必须认识自己，否则没感觉。(您在读我的博客时，也不妨思考一下，作者为什么这样写，为什么要反复强调一些观点，哪些对我是有帮助的，哪些观点可能还不够成熟，等等）   我们再说说 获得观点的能力。不要等着别人把“十大诀窍”“六大趋势”写好了放在你面前，你需要自己获得这些观点。在独立思考的基础之上，你可以将自己的所思所想汇总提炼成为自己的观点，进而用来影响他人。中学写议论文的时候，老师常教我们要善于“提炼观点”，这是一种洞察力，一种深入事物或问题的能力。如何才能“获得观点”？你需要：   1）基础扎实。厚积才能薄发，武林高手从来都是先积累了浑厚的内力，然后才可能一夜之间练成绝世武功的(参考张无忌练习乾坤大那多)。所以话又绕回我第一篇文章写的内容了，基础知识真的很重要。搞Windows的一定要懂操作系统、搞开发的一定要熟算法、搞网络的必须把协议倒背如流。 2）善于总结。总结可以使你摆脱皮毛，抓住要领。有些时候表面的东西很复杂，比如一些产品，功能狂多，架构暴复杂。这个时候你需要把复杂问题简单化，总结提炼之。透过现象看本质。   你可以不会一门技术，但是拥有“获得观点”的能力，其实也就代表“打通任都二脉”了。你可以自信的对别人说：“这项技术我现在不熟悉，但是请给我一个很短的时间，我看一下之后，告诉你我的想法”。这句话传达了两个层面的意思，第一、你学一样陌生东西很快可以抓住要点，第二、你马上能把所学内容转化为自己的想法来与人交流。（有点像 慕容复同学的以彼之道，还施彼身阿，呵呵，我大概武侠片看得太多了）   今天先写到这里。   下期预告：也谈IT的创新   以上内容根据自己学习经历和与大量Webcast听众交流后总结而来，如果偏颇之处，欢迎大家不吝指正。 本文出自 “喻勇的博客” 博客，请务必保留此出处http://yongyu2000.blog.51cto.com/962342/211567 本文出自 51CTO.COM技术博客
