Start Burpsuite , browser access 127.0.0.1:8080 , click CA Certificate , download cacert.der security certificate file.
Import Certificate: Internet Options, Content, Certificates, select a trusted certificate authority, certificate import just downloaded, select the file when the bottom right corner of all changed files, direct the next step, select Yes.
Restart the browser , you can see PortSwigger CA , certificate successfully imported.
