Housing Service Center: click the main menu, select the Housing Service Center, enter the Lost and Found window: Lost and Found window to see this interface, a total of three tab pages, are awaiting identification, it has claimed and all records, the default page is "awaiting identification", the user can see a pick up objects person's name, the time and the loss of people pick up objects in the room number, name and pick up objects place; if there is a new guest items left behind, the new user clicks a button to the right of the menu, there lost and Found interface, increased user records awaiting identification items.

客户关系:单击主菜单客户关系,选择员工管理,进入“员工管理窗口”界面中,点击新增按钮,系统会新增一条记录,删除会出现警告,单击是后,单击保存按钮,即可。选择协议单位管理,进入“协议单位管理窗口”界面中,协议单位增删查改、协议价格、挂账信息、挂账记录。选择会员卡管理,进入“会员卡管理窗口”界面中,用户可在此界面中详细的看到酒店发出的会员卡的卡号、姓名、性别、地址、电话等信息,支持会员卡查询、增加、删除、修改、充值等功能操作。选择协议类别管理,进入“协议类别管理窗口”界面中,用户可根据右边菜单中的功能按钮来对酒店的协议类别进行增加或删除的操作。

客人查询:在房态图上查询,如有客人来到服务台询问有没有叫李鹏的客人在酒店居住,用户此时可在房态图右边的当前房间中输入李鹏回车,系统就会自动弹出所有客人中包含李字的客人资料。

信息查询列表:单击菜单栏上的信息查询按钮,选择预定客人列表,在住客人列表,结帐客人列表等等,可按帐号、姓名、到店离店日期、房号模糊查询。

未来房态预测查询:单击主菜单中房务中心,选择未来房态,进入未来30天房态图窗口,用户可任一选择房态图的起始日期。刷新后,即可看到起始日期后三十天,酒店所有房间的未来房态图。可随时进行打印。

系统操作:单击系统操作,选择系统设置,进入系统设置窗口,可进行房间设置,消费项目设置等;选择权限设置,菜单权限,可对各部门各员工的对系统菜单权限进行设置;功能权限,允许修改客人信息,操作日志删除等;选择操作日志,用户在下图中可选择用户需要查找的时间内的用户操作记录,可查看到用户操作系统的时间、操作员、操作摘要等,用户还可通过导入功能按钮,对用户的操作可导出成为excle文件,以便用户打印等。

报表中心:用户可在此报表中心中看到酒店营业日期的各种类型的报表,如当日开报表,当日退房报表,营业日报表等,单击菜单栏上报表中心菜单,出现下拉菜单,选择营业走势图/营业分析图,进入营业走势图/营业分析图窗口,用户查看其各种图形报表。
