Linux system is simple to build a DHCP server

When the LAN has a large number of hosts, if individually set the IP address of each host manually, default gateway, DNS server addresses and other network parameters, it is clearly an effort may not be pleasing way. The application DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol) server, just to solve this problem
DHCP is mainly responsible for the centralized allocation of network addresses various parameters (including IP address, subnet mask, broadcast address, default gateway address, DNS server address) ; another host as the DHCP client, the NIC is configured to automatically obtain the address, can communicate with the DHCP server, to complete the automatic configuration process
