Vsftp service recently installed in linux server. After a set, finally connected, connection winSCP, refresh the directory to get the error.
Solution:
vim /etc/vsftpd.conf ,编辑配置文件，最后加上下面几行配置：
pasv_address=54.69.120.54
pasv_max_port=55000
pasv_min_port=50000
pasv_address This is a public network ip of your server
