Unable to resolve server's DNS address

• background:
  • Open the browser and suddenly find that the Internet cannot be accessed, and it prompts that the DNS address of the server cannot be resolved.

• reason:
  • DNS is a server that converts domain names into IP addresses
  • DNS cannot be resolved, because the entered address cannot point to the target network, resulting in the inability to access the Internet
• Solution: (Clear DNS cache)
  • 1. Enter the key combination WIN+R on the keyboard
  • 2. Then enter cmd in the run box and click OK
  • 3. Enter ipconfig/flushdns in the cmd command box, then press Enter
  • 4. Then you can continue to browse the web normally
