Solution:
Delete the C: \ Documents and Settings \ username \ Application Data \ Subversion \ auth in the file, delete svn login information.
Reason: Because svn change of address, user name or password changes, svn plugin connection error with the original default user information.
SVN is also possible to address the problem.
