1. Open sqlserver Manager studio client tools to ensure sql server agent service has been launched, will start normal green, as shown below, if red, you can start in the right-click menu.
2. Create a backup plan
After the Wizard box will pop up, as shown below, tap Continue
Is named after the current plan, click Change, as shown below
Set a specific backup time, as shown below

Then click Next, Next Show all successfully completed a backup plan your day.
