1.win + R dos window open cmd

 

2. Enter sqlplus / nolog appear

3. Enter the conn / as sysdba appear

 

4. Change Password

alter  user 用户 identified  by 新密码;

 

The activation of other users

alter  user 激活用户 account unlock;
