AIX system using the image file to install Chinese package

 

 

The current environment: no optical drive, the computer 6.1 installer, 2CD

Customers want marked ZH_CN.UTF-8, Zh_CN.GB18030, zh_CN.IBM- eucCN three language packs

Start:

The 2 mounting file decompression, 2 Ge installp in ppc merge directory

C:\TDDOWNLOAD\AIX6106-DVD-01\installp\ppc

C:\TDDOWNLOAD\AIX6106-DVD-02\installp\ppc

 

Upload it into the destination server

 

Deletion ppc under .toc

 

Generate new .toc

# inutoc  .

 

 

#Smitty

--> System Environments

--> Manage Languange Environment

--> Add Addinational Languange Environments

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

After installation:
