libtgvoip directory is empty

git clone down the project time with submodule, submodule content is not downloaded, execute the following command

cd Telegram

git submodule update --init --recursive

google-services.json File Not Found

1. Registration Firebase

2. Creating APP

3. Get google-services.json

4. Copied to the project record
