GitBook windows system generates PDF, epub error Error during ebook generation: 'ebook-convert' garbled

Solution

1. Download Depending on your system calibre and installation

2. Right Properties to open the desktop icon positions

3. Copy the path:

4. Open My Computer - Properties - System - Advanced System Settings - environment variables, configuration environment.

5. Edit "PATH"

6. The path just copy pasted, then OK, OK, close the window CMD reopen.

At this point you can re-run gitbook command to generate the files you need.
