How to use the public network ip access web servers deployed in the cloud project

I use a Huawei cloud server, the project has been deployed on the server, and now wants to external network access server, need to configure the security group:
1. Locate the safety group according to the following chart, click on the Settings taught me:

 

2. Go to the security group configuration, you need to choose according to their different configurations, I chose the web server:
