ICQ is a popular foreign models chat application, now available as official Snap-on package for Linux.

To install ICQ snap in the Ubuntu 16.04:
After installing snapd daemon, Ubuntu 16.04 package can be installed snap.
By Ctrl + Alt + T keyboard shortcut, or search from the application menu "Terminal" to open a terminal. When turned on, run the command to install snapd:
Type the user's password (no asterisk feedback) upon request, and then press Enter to continue.
