.NET Core project with subtle traditional vs different projects

I am not a senior expert, but I have observed csproj console program files created with ordinary .NET Core Console program, found a different

Csproj essentially on a XML, which is a node <PropertyGroup>, the description is not the same

.NET Core project descriptions dramatically cut, and the target framework version is not the same, even though I wrote the same code.

 

It has yet to be added using the .NET Core Console to create a project to test vs the first record, and then later to learn more look back.
