The String Project was established in February 2017. It is one of the most influential new-generation technology/Internet industry communities in the pan-Chinese-speaking region. It has more than 700 outstanding mentors and consultants and currently has more than 2,000 formal core members. The String Project is now a purely public welfare operation and promises not to charge any fees to members during the training period.

4 Registration requirements and channels
Students who sign up for the String Plan must meet the following requirements:
1. Full-time students enrolled in famous high schools in Japan and abroad
2. The expected graduation time of the highest academic degree is after January 1, 2025 (i.e. students graduating in 2025, 2026 and later), and additional international students graduating in 2024 are allowed
3. Have an interest in the Internet/technology industry and consider it as one of your job search or entrepreneurial directions
4. Agree with the values of mutual help and win-win cooperation in the Xian Project, and are willing to build the Xian Project with community members
5. There are no rigid requirements for internship experience, club experience, grade, major, etc.
Practitioner members who sign up for the String Plan must meet the following requirements:
1. Excellent technology industry practitioners
2. The expected graduation time for the highest degree is before January 1, 2025
3. Agree with the values of mutual help and win-win cooperation in the String Project, and are willing to co-build the String Project with community members, and are willing to serve as a mentor to help current student members grow
We will decide the final number of admissions based on the quantity and quality of valid applicants. It is expected that the total number of students admitted from each direction will be around 200.
