[Function optimization] Optimization of the senseless migration function
Optimized field descriptions during network configuration; supports importing the ACL configuration of the source cluster when importing metadata; supports users to batch rollback and batch skip health checks of each topic during the flow cut stage.
[New Feature] Support topic granular setting of message retention time
5.x Professional Edition and Platinum Edition clusters support customizing the message retention time of each Topic. Users can appropriately adjust the retention time of the Topic used according to business needs.
[New Feature] Adjust the Topic and Group limits of the cluster
Users can increase the Topic and Group limits for the cluster by themselves on the page (the page will limit the reasonable range). In order to ensure the stability of the cluster and standardize the reasonable use of resources, a small fee will be charged for the amount that exceeds the limit.
[New function] Optimization of monitoring indicators
4.x clusters have new consumption delay indicators and new dead letter quantity indicators; 4.x exclusive clusters and 5.x clusters support public network bandwidth indicators.

If the collected MySQL Binlog log contains MySQL command SQL, such as Begin Transaction, it will be an empty string when delivered to CKafka. Support filtering such empty strings.
