GEE: Reclassification

This article records the code for reclassifying a category image on the Google Earth Engine (GEE) platform. And take the land use data in the COPERNICUS/Landcover/100m/Proba-V-C3/Global dataset as an example.

The result is shown in the figure below,

1. Core functions

The core function is remap, which has two parameters and can convert the categories in one image into the categories in another image.

In this case, the category of land use data in COPERNICUS/Landcover/100m/Proba-V-C3/Global is reassigned. For band information and category information of COPERNICUS/Landcover/100m/Proba-V-C3/Global, please view its official documentation.
