blender lighting system settings

0) Parameters under Lighting in Viewport Shading settings:

Scene Lights,Scene World

- Scene Lights refers to whether light objects in the scene are used to illuminate objects in render mode¹ .
- Scene World refers to whether to use the world settings in the scene as the background and ambient light in render mode¹. If this option is turned off, the following parameters will be used to build a world³:
    - HDRI Environment: the environment map used to illuminate the scene³. Environment mapping is a technique used to simulate global illumination and reflection. It is usually a spherical or cubic texture that contains light information from all directions in a scene⁴.
    - Rotation: Used to adjust the rotation angle of the environment map on the Z axis³.

If you turn on Scene World and turn off Scene Lights at the same time:

Not affected by light objects in the scene. This means your object will only receive input from the world background

Such renderings may appear flat, lacking contrast and detail in light and shadow. Ambient lighting usually only provides softer lighting effects and cannot simulate the strong reflections and highlights produced by light on the surface of objects.
