Through continuous testing, it was found that the problem was caused by the activation of a proxy on the mobile phone. After turning off the proxy, there will be no pop-up box as shown in the picture.
Systems before iOS 15 don't seem to have this problem. I don't know if it's a bug in system 15.
Apple also does not provide an API to detect whether the "Local Network" pop-up box pops up and the user selects the status. So this problem cannot be solved for the time being.
However, normal users will not open a proxy when using the app.
