Webstorm opened the project root directory incorrectly and opened it to the upper level of the project.
Another reason is that the current project is created by the Hbuilder visual interface and cannot be started by direct script instructions in the terminal.
You can install the plug-in that supports the uniapp project in webstorm, and then create a runner to run h5.
