1. Preparation before opening an account

Investors can enter the account opening system in stages to fill in the information. After each exit, the system will automatically save to the latest step without refilling the information.
In order to standardize the operating procedures for Internet account opening of futures companies, implement the real-name system, risk disclosure, customer suitability and other requirements for account opening in the futures market, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of customers, this guide is formulated in accordance with the "Internet Account Opening Rules of Futures Companies" and other relevant regulations. Futures companies should refer to these Guidelines to establish and improve their own Internet account opening procedures and related systems, and standardize Internet account opening operations.
2. Identification
(1) Before a futures company accepts a customer’s application for a digital certificate, it should require the customer to provide the following information online:
1. My ID card number, name, certificate validity period, contact address and other information;
2. Colored pictures of the front and back of the original second-generation resident ID card;
3. A frontal photo of my head taken online;
4. Mobile phone number verified by dynamic password;
5. Other information deemed necessary by the futures company.
(2) Futures companies shall conduct identity verification on customers, including but not limited to the following:
1. Verify that the ID card picture provided by the customer and the frontal photo of the person's head are clear and valid;
2. Check that the ID card picture and the profile photo taken by the customer are of the same person;
3. Check whether the certificates provided by the customer are within the validity period;
4. Connect to the National Citizen Identity Information Query Service System to verify the ID number and name submitted by the customer (if the National Citizen Identity Information Query Service System can feed back the ID card photo, the ID card picture and national citizen identity information uploaded by the customer should be checked The ID card photo fed back by the query service system is consistent);
(3) Each futures company should arrange for account opening personnel to conduct real-time video review of customers. The real-time video review at least includes the following content:
1. Information such as the name and professional qualification certificate number of the person opening the account should be proactively provided to the customer;
2. By comparing the ID card picture provided by the customer, ensure that the video subject is the customer himself;
3. During the video review process, the customer should appear in the video collection lens with his or her ID card, and the ID card image held must be consistent with the uploaded ID card image;
4. The customer confirms that he or she voluntarily opens a futures account;
5. The customer confirms that the account opening information provided by him/her is true and valid;
6. Other contents that the futures company deems necessary to review.
