ZenTaoPMS (ZenTao Project Management System), the Chinese name is ZenTao project management software . ZenTaoPMS is a set of project management software developed by Yisoft Tianchuang Company in order to solve the chaos and disorder that occur in the management process of many enterprises . It integrates product management , project management , test management, and includes many functions such as transaction management and organizational management . It is the preferred tool for project management of small and medium-sized enterprises .
1.2. Management ideas
The main management idea of ZenTaoPMS is based on the internationally popular agile project management method - Scrum, and also incorporates many concepts in PMP . ZenTao perfectly embodies the essence of iterative development in Scrum and integrates the concept of burndown chart well .
1.3.Technical architecture
ZenTaoPMS is developed based on the independently developed PHP development framework---ZenTao PHP framework. Through this framework, enterprises or third-party developers can modify or expand the functions of ZenTao very conveniently and flexibly.
1.4. Authorization Agreement
ZenTaoPMS is based on the LGPL agreement. Enterprises or individuals can obtain the source code of ZenTao project management software for free and install and use it, and can modify it according to their actual needs.
