[Instructions for candidates registering for offline exams]
Article 1 Candidates must take the examination in the designated examination room;

Article 6 During the exam, you are not allowed to use mobile phones, take photos, or keep exam content privately (including but not limited to screenshots, photography, etc.);
Article 7 During the examination, you are not allowed to receive answers, whisper to each other, or look around;
Article 8 This exam is an online exam. Paper and pen are not allowed. Please close the browser or computer in time before leaving the exam room. You are not allowed to keep the exam page privately;
Article 9 Candidates must keep quiet in the examination room, strictly abide by the examination time during the examination, and are not allowed to leave the examination room midway through the examination (if you leave the examination room midway under special circumstances, please hand over your ID to the invigilator and check it again when entering);

[Instructions for candidates who register for the online exam]
1. During the exam, please always stay in an independent, closed, non-public place with high privacy. Otherwise, Alibaba Cloud has the right to prohibit candidates from taking the exam.
2. The online exam will be manually proctored through DingTalk video conferencing on the mobile phone. After registration is completed, please download the mobile version of DingTalk and log in with the mobile phone number registered during registration. 1-2 days before the exam starts, the invigilator will invite candidates to join the DingTalk online exam organization through the mobile phone number registered during registration. Candidates can also apply to join the organization by themselves by scanning the QR code in the email received after successful registration. . Joining this organization is to ensure that candidates can successfully join the pre-exam preparation DingTalk one hour before the exam starts.
3. After registration is completed, please log in to the exam system (Alibaba Cloud University-My University-My Certification-ACP/ACE Certification) on the computer as soon as possible to conduct facial recognition equipment testing to ensure that the computer, computer camera and network are available. The identification can pass smoothly. If you do not take the test, it is very likely that you will not be able to enter the test answering system normally during the test;
4. Please use the latest version of CHROME or Firefox browser to enter the exam answering system on your computer. Please do not use IE browser;
5. One day before the exam starts, please consciously debug the mobile Ding.Ding video conference screen as shown in the sample pictures on the last two pages of this document. Please make sure you are logged in to Ding.Ding on your mobile phone 45 minutes before the exam starts, and pay attention to answer the Ding.Ding video conference invitation on your mobile phone.
6. The exam answering system is equipped with anti-cheating sensors, and screen switching is strictly prohibited during the exam. Any pop-up windows or prompts that pop up on the computer may trigger the anti-cheating sensor and cause the screen to be cut. Therefore, please be sure to close all software that may cause pop-ups or prompts. Please ensure that the cursor is always within the answer area. If a screen cut prompt appears, please Confirm the reason and make corrections immediately. After clicking OK, continue answering the question. Once the screen is cut more than 5 times, please contact the online invigilator immediately; if you ignore the screen cut warning and are disqualified from the exam or your results are cancelled, the consequences will be borne by the candidate personally.
7. During the DingTalk video conference on your mobile phone, please turn off the automatic lock screen function of your mobile phone; please ensure that your mobile phone has sufficient power to support the video conference throughout the entire process; please ensure that your mobile phone ringtone is turned on and the volume of your mobile phone is kept loud so that you can hear the notifications from the online proctor throughout the process. Or remind; please make sure to always be in the video conference, and make sure that the camera picture is always consistent with the sample picture. Alibaba Cloud University has the right to punish the candidate for cheating if he or she turns off the camera, switches angles, or exits the meeting without authorization.
8. Candidates who are late for more than 30 minutes will not be allowed to take the exam. If the exam is continued forcibly, the exam results will be invalid and the certificate will be invalidated. Papers can be handed in early only 30 minutes after the exam starts, and papers cannot be handed in before 30 minutes. The ACP/ACE exam system will not automatically hand in papers. Candidates must click to submit papers before the end of the exam. If they fail to submit in time, there may be risks such as data loss or invalid exam results.
9. What should candidates do if they forget their username and password? Open the Alibaba Cloud official website login page, click Forgot member name or click Forgot password, and retrieve it yourself.
10. What should I do if the facial recognition page has a black screen or freezes? What should I do if the facial recognition fails?
1) If you encounter lag or black screen, it is recommended to use Google or Firefox browser to take the exam. If there are problems, it is recommended to change the computer.
2) Check whether the ID card photo is too different from the person you are; if so, please contact the online invigilator;
3) Whether my face is blocked by glasses, hair or other objects; if there is a light or angle problem, adjust the seat or camera position appropriately;

2. The experimental environment has a time limit. After the experimental resources are created, the experimental environment begins to countdown. Candidates can start to conduct experiments according to the experimental manual. It is not recommended to release experimental resources before the end of the experiment.
3. After each experiment is completed, the experiment status will change to Completed.
