I. Introduction

  I have a HLK-V20 speech recognition module on hand. By default, it has three control switch commands. Next, three external relays are added to this module to control several main application switches in the office. Includes the main working power supply of the experimental table and an application voltage source.

2. Interface confirmation

  Using a multimeter, the measurement module requires external pin definitions. The left and right interfaces below are power and ground wires respectively. Control three LEDs corresponding to the three pins of module 10, 2, and 3 respectively.

  Use a flat cable to lead out the control port. The corresponding pin definitions from left to right are +5V, switch, light, air conditioning control port, and ground. ·By turning on or off the corresponding switch through commands, you can set the level of the corresponding IO port. + Corresponds to 0.35V when turned on, and 3.3V when turned off.

  Using ULN2003 to drive an external relay, the corresponding input voltage is within 3V, so the above voltage can drive ULN2003 to turn on or off the relay.

3. Design the circuit board

  This is a language controlled switch that drives three external relays through ULN2003. Then control more power. This 7805 voltage stabilizing circuit converts 12V into 5V and supplies it to the language module. The 7805 requires additional heat sinks. A single-board layout is shown here, including two jumpers.

  Print the thermal transfer paper, and transfer the toner lines on the single-sided copper-clad board through 15 seconds of thermal transfer. Perform the following 30 seconds of etching, and you can obtain the test experimental circuit board within one minute. Solder the circuit board below for testing.

4. Welding debugging

  The electronic components are soldered. Measured 5V voltage regulation is normal. The relay interface is on and off normally. Stable voltage from 12V to 5V, the temperature is a bit high when working for a long time. Through preliminary voice control, you can hear that the relay can be activated and closed normally.

  Finally, the controller is packed into an iron box. You can use this switch to control the switch of the desk lamp through voice. The default wake-up word is: "Hello Rubik's Cube". This welcome is more sensitive.
