Start the disk writing tool, select the U disk and image
U disk, and make sure the computer is turned off when inserting it into the computer.
Start the computer and quickly hit the Delete key to enter the BIOS interface
(different computers use different keys to enter the BIOS. You can use a search engine to check how your computer enters the BIOS.)
Set the U disk as the first startup item, press F10 to save, and restart the computer
(different computers have different BIOS interfaces. Enter the PE interface, click All Programs
and click Security->Passwords
(all three software under Passwords can be used. When I use NT Passwords Edit to change the empty password, there will be a special situation where the configuration is unsuccessful and only the empty password can be configured. You need to use two other software to configure the empty password successfully, but at this time you still cannot use NT Passwords Edit to change it to a non-empty password.)
Make sure the path is:
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\CONFIG\SAM
Click Open and select the administrator account. 
Click Change password
to reset the password (it can be empty).
Remember to unplug the USB flash drive before restarting the computer.
Windows11 and Windows10(21H2) and above (this method is currently invalid)
Turn on the computer first, do not perform any operations, and wait quietly for the login interface.
