1. Boot into the startup interface, press any key to enter the GRUB interface
2. Press e to enter the editing state
3. Press the E key again, enter "single or 1" at the end of the message, and press the ENTER key to return to the previous interface, and then press the B key to restart
4. Enter single-user mode, use passwd to modify the root password
