Recently, in response to the internal innovation strongly advocated by the company, E-Ware Technology's DRW project team, MM project team, OM project team, and website department carefully planned and organized a unique Business Plan roadshow event.
In this BP roadshow, the project teams showed off their strengths and competed fiercely, striving to obtain more and better resources for their internal innovation projects and working hard to achieve annual goals. Projects approved after BP's roadshow will receive human, material and financial resources strongly supported by the company.
Before the road show, the four groups conducted scientific analysis around project market status and prospects, team inventory, product technology advantages, resource planning and other modules. After two months of actual research and repeated discussions and verifications, they finally generated business plans for each project. .
During the road show, each project leader explained the business plan in detail to the company's business module leaders and company decision-makers, fully combined with the actual work, and from multiple angles to conduct research on crowd positioning, market conditions, competitors and other aspects. A detailed analysis was conducted to clarify the project's business objectives, implementation path, and resources required.

During the road show, the judges listened carefully to the explanations of the project team leaders, asked questions on the spot and put forward suggestions for improvement. The project leaders also made detailed records and provided corresponding answers. During the heated discussions and exchanges, more and better innovative ideas were generated, which further improved the business plans of each project.
In the end, through on-site review and scoring, the DRW group’s efficiency improvement development project, the MM group’s 2023 development project, and the OM group’s 2023 development project were successfully approved. In the later stage, they will receive the company's all-round resource investment and strong support from multiple channels to help project incubation and strive to achieve a win-win situation for the project team and the company.
