Open the small cover on the PLC, turn the red button to the other end (ON), and turn on data collection
Connect PC and PLC using network cable
3. Configure the network and download the program
When setting up the network, you should change the IP to 192.168.1.x, the default gateway is 192.168.1.1, and the subnet mask is 255.255.255.0
Open the existing PLC program (find Baidu Netdisk, Xia Gong gave it)
Communication -> Configure PLC IP in the 192.168.1.x network segment, refresh, then select and OK.
File->Download->Click to download

2.Touch screen configuration
Click the lower right corner and click the Settings button
Configure IP address and subnet mask
Find the MISC-2 mode (page adjustment does not depend on the point, just use next and pre), select the second option, and initialize the HMI. Then go all the way to next, then apply -> OK
3. Set up the network and download the program
When setting up the network, the IP should be changed to 192.168.1.x (but not the same IP as the PLC), the default gateway is 192.168.1.1, and the subnet mask is 255.255.255.0
Choose to use the network port, device name S7-200
Select device from HMI as s7-200
Select Download and set the touch screen IP to 192.168.1.98(Same as the IP just set on the touch screen)
Program download successful

2. Configuration steps
Enter the webpage: https://sukon-cloud.com/login
and use Xia Gong’s account and password (in the memo)
After entering, select the left column project center -> add project
Select "Copy Project" to copy the configuration of the previous project.
Use Xia Gong's account to log in to the IoT box.
Select the project we copied just now, such as "Test 1" -> Cloud Data Pulling. If you

Double-click LAN and change the address to 192.168.1.x (but do not collide with the IP of the PLC and touch screen)
Double-click HMI and set the IP to the IP of the touch screen
Double-click the PLC and set the IP to the PLC's IP
Configure the network and set the IP to 192.168.10.x (as long as it is not 192.168.10.100)
Before downloading, please check again whether the IP of the LAN port has been changed to the 192.168.1.x network segment. Do not monitor direct downloads.
Please note! ! ! The next time you use a PC to connect to the BOX, you will no longer use 192.168.10.100. Instead, use the IP we just set for the LAN port: 192.168.1.75. The related IPV4 settings should also be changed to 192.168.1.x.
