Solution to the problem that the Idea console does not display the Services window. It is easy to use after personal testing (no need to modify the configuration file)

In idea version 2019.03,
the Idea console does not display the Services window. I found a lot on the Internet, all of which are to modify the configuration file. Here is a configuration method that does not require modifying the configuration file.

1.Select Run - Edit configurations

2. Click Templates and add configuration types under Configurations available in Services

Since mine is a spring boot project, I added Spring boot and it was fine.
