UM12020D provides integrated antenna driver. The chip can provide up to 1.8A of output DC current. Works on antenna power supply of 0 ~ 11V and device power supply voltage (VCC) 1.8V to 5V.
Ultra-low boot allows SOP-8 packages to be used. UM12020D has a PWM (IN1-IN2) input interface.
Complete protection integrates over-current protection, under-voltage lockout and over-temperature shutdown.
